As a birth worker I support parents through pregnancy, birth and beyond in Ringwood, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, New Forest and surrounding areas.
As a body worker I offer treatments in Womb & Abdominal Massage, Myofascial Release, Scar Tissue Release, Postnatal Recovery Massage and Biomechanics for Birth. Other than the Biomechanics for Birth, which is specifically for pregnancy, these treatments are suitable for any stage of life and any age. Body work sessions are carried out in my lovely treatment space in Ringwood.
