Pregnancy Yoga

These nurturing and relaxing classes aim to help you improve well-being during pregnancy; stretch and strengthen your body; encourage balance in the pelvis to help with optimal foetal positioning; develop awareness of your breath to help you in labour; release tension; relieve aches and pains of pregnancy; bond with your unborn baby; make new friends and enjoy some time out to ‘be’ pregnant.

Classes are suitable for all abilities including complete beginners and the postures are easy to learn. The classes can also help aid postnatal recovery so they can help you however you give birth.

Each session covers gentle yoga based postures, relaxation and breathing. Suitable from 14th week of pregnancy, whether this is your first, second, third baby or more.

“Rosa’s antenatal yoga classes were excellent and really helped me prepare physically and mentally for the birth. I suffered with bad lower back pain in my first pregnancy but hardly suffered at all in my second pregnancy which I’m sure is due in large part to the yoga classes. Rosa is a very calming, patient and knowledgeable teacher and I would highly recommend her classes.” – Lucy
