Step out of your busy everyday life into the deeply nurturing and peaceful space I create for you to connect with your pregnancy and unborn baby. Stretch and strengthen your body; improve balance in the pelvis to help with optimal foetal positioning; develop awareness of your breath to help you in labour and for general well-being; release tension; relieve aches and pains of pregnancy; relax and make lasting friendships.
Each session starts with a chat where there is the chance to ask questions and get informed about birth. Then comes relaxation, breathing and connecting with your baby. This leads into the movement part of the class helping you make space in your body and relieve some aches and pains. Most weeks there are practice positions and breathing for labour, this is supportive for all births including caesareans as the breathing is so calming. We then finish with a delicious relaxation so you leave the class feeling blissed out.
Suitable from the 14th week of pregnancy to full term. For all abilities including complete beginners to yoga.
Mondays 5.30 to 6.45 pm in Christchurch (2 spaces)
Tuesdays 6.30 to 7.45pm in Ringwood (FULL, contact me to join waiting list)

I’m continuing with social distancing at all my venues while covid cases remain high so class numbers are limited (6 at Christchurch, 8 at Ringwood and 7 at Charminster). Unfortunately this means it’s not possible to carry over any classes in the block however if you miss a class you can make it up at one of the other venues within the same block period if there’s space.
I have covid safe measures in place which are detailed in the booking info I send out.
Please contact me for further information and to book your place (or join the waiting list).
Once booked, sessions are non-refundable except in the unusual event that I have to cancel.
You are entitled to paid time off work for antenatal and relaxation classes (which includes yoga) – some employers will require a letter from your doctor though.
One-to-one sessions are also available if none of the days and times above are suitable or if you would prefer a private class, online or in-person. £35 an hour.

“If you’re thinking of pregnancy yoga with Rosa, DO IT! It was probably the best decision I made in pregnancy.
I recently gave birth to my second child and had a wonderful birth experience, all thanks to the techniques from the yoga classes.
I always wanted to experience as natural a birth as possible, my first experience I didn’t cope well with the contractions and ended up having drugs, epidural and forcep delivery. This time round I did it with just gas and air , and the breathing techniques I had been taught in class.
It was a lovely birth, one I had desperately wanted to have and I am very grateful to Rosa for helping me achieve that.
In the class I learned to control my breathing, find what positions would help me personally and to really focus on that goal of giving birth without the need for drugs.
I really enjoyed each class, met some other lovely mums and was able to relax listening to Rosa’s very soothing voice.
I would highly recommend any mum to be to attend pregnancy yoga, whether it be your first, second or third baby.
Every birth is different, but you will learn so much which will be such a help in labour. I am SO glad I did it. Thank you so much Rosa for your support and for helping me achieve exactly what I wanted to do.” – Emma
