Take some time and space for yourself with these deeply nurturing and welcoming pregnancy yoga classes I create for you to connect with your pregnancy and unborn baby: Stretch and strengthen your body; improve balance in your pelvis to help with optimal foetal positioning; develop awareness of your breath to help you in labour and for general well-being; release tension; relieve aches and pains of pregnancy; relax and make lasting friendships.
These prenatal yoga classes are a wonderful way to take care of yourself in pregnancy and prepare in body and mind for birth. Each session starts with a chat where there is the chance to ask questions on all things antenatal and get informed about birth. Then comes relaxation, breathing and connecting with your baby. This leads into the movement part of the class with flowing yoga to help make space in your body and relieve aches and pains. Most weeks there are practice positions and breathing for labour, this is supportive for all births including caesareans as the breathing helps keep you calm and centred. We then finish with a deep relaxation so you leave the class feeling blissed out and ready for a great night’s sleep.
Suitable from the 14th week of pregnancy to full term. For all abilities including complete beginners to yoga. Sessions in Bournemouth, Ringwood and Christchurch / Mudeford
Mondays 6 to 7.15pm in Mudeford (2 spaces)
Tuesdays 6.15 to 7.30pm in Ringwood (3 spaces)
Thursdays 7.20 to 8.35pm in Bournemouth – Charminster (4 spaces)
Cost: £44 for a 4 week block or £13 pay as you go from 37 weeks. It’s possible to book a single session (£13) to try the class, and pay as you go earlier than 37 weeks is also available when classes have space.
Blocks are for consecutive weeks. A missed class can only be carried over if I have a waiting list and can fill your space, however missed classes can be made up at one of the other venues within the same block period if there’s space.
Please contact me here or email [email protected] to book your place (or join the waiting list).
Once booked, sessions are non-refundable except in the unusual event that I have to cancel.
You are entitled to paid time off work for antenatal and relaxation classes (which includes pregnancy yoga) – some employers will require a letter from your doctor though.
One-to-one pregnancy yoga
These sessions are tailor made for you where I can work with you on a deeper level than in a group class. We focus on what you would like, whether that’s more movement or working on specific issues, more breathing and relaxation, more birth preparation or a mix of everything. £40 an hour.

“Rosa’s pregnancy yoga classes are so much more than just yoga, they’re a beautiful blend of movement, connection, and emotional support. Each session felt like a safe space to slow down, tune into my body, and really prepare, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, for birth and motherhood.
Rosa has such a calming, nurturing presence, and she always seemed to know exactly what everyone needed that day. The breathing techniques, gentle stretches, and mindful moments helped me feel grounded and confident as my pregnancy progressed.
I also loved the sense of community she created, sharing experiences with other mums-to-be made me feel understood and supported every week. I honestly looked forward to each class and always left feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to my baby.
Thank you, Rosa, for making this such a special part of my pregnancy journey ” – Julia
